Undated on exciting shifts in my practice:

Due to my health and personal body needs, in addition to aligning more deeply with my interests… I will no longer be offering Swedish or Deep tissue massage modalities.

My practice is Woman centered, LGBTQIA+ safe place, Focusing on Somatic Practices. The care and mindfulness I bring to the table goes far beyond a timed massage. I use intentional holds and slow movement, working with the nervous system to create a safe space for your body to check in and create new safe experiences, as well as personal introspection of the client, allowing the body to safely work through trauma and trapped energy cycles in the body.

Hello my Dear Friends! The journey continues…. I am in my second set of chemo treatments! And before everyone drops Facebook and moves on to other social sharing sites- I wanted to say Thank You and Your continued support is greatly appreciated, as I navigated this second half of my journey. Moving forward into Dec I will have to be completely off work for at least 6 weeks: most is Dec and Jan. 😳

I cont. to be grateful for all the support around me. my office schedule till now has been off a week, work 2 weeks - and on the weeks I have been working, I only book half the sessions I had prior to this Healing Journey.
