Janie has completed two comprehensive trainings through Balanced Body University and West Coast Pilates. She has also trained as a Certified Pre and Post Natal Specialist and Pilates for MS and Neurological Conditions through the Center for Womens Fitness. V Pilates strives to give a true Pilates experience that has not been diluted by recent fitness fads. We offer a full body workout that can lead to a taller, leaner appearance, increased range of motion and flexibility, better posture, increased lung capacity, muscle definition without bulking, and an overall feeling of vitality. We can work with and complement Physical therapy or work around injuries and limitations. Pilates is appropriate for just about anyone ages 9 to 90 years old.
