We had the very best time at the 2026 Daddy Daughter Dance. 😍 Thank you for sharing your sweet guys and precious girls with us. We can't thank every person enough who helped with this event. Thank you to every friend who donated a cupcake, cookie or lemonade. Thank you to Lexington City School Sytem for letting us use their facilities. Thank you to Jared and Amanda James with James Photography for taking the most beautiful pictures we can't wait to see. Huge thanks to the friends and volunteers who showed up to help the night of the dance. Thank you to the LHS baseball and football teams for helping us set up and take down the for the event. Thank you to our sweet middle school friends for decorating. Thank you Ms. Abby Hopper for your beautiful balloon arches. Thank you Michael Crewse who spends countless hours donating his time to help with set up and take down each year! You rock! If we left someone out it wasn't intentional. WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!!!! We'll do in again next year. The most precious time of the year... We are getting closer and closer to Saturday and the Daddy Daughter Dance. Yes, the DANCE IS STILL ON!
If you need to purchase tickets you can still so in advance through Friday afternoon, or you can purchase at the door the night of the event! See you there!!!!

Can you say superstars?!?!? Ms Whitney Owens worked her interview magic with all these dancing, lip syncing dolls on Saturday! Ya’lllllll she is incredible and so are all these teams! We have never laughed so hard!!!!! There was one or two that couldn’t remember their names but Whitney got it out of them (hysterical)!!!!! 😜🤣😜🤣 You absolutely don’t want to miss the event of the year on March 21st! This year’s Lip Sync Dance battle is going down in the history books. If you haven’t gotten your tables or seats contact the center at 731-967-0727. Tier 1 is sold out but there is still availability in Tier 2 and 3. These friends are incredible. Also, Whitney will be taking the stage that night to interview them as well! ❤️ Peep the pics of some of her babies that are all grown up now! 😘

In this snow and ice, and many stuck inside, we thought we'd give you a few more precious pictures of prior Daddy Daughter Dances. We just think it does not get any sweeter!!! Get those reservations in. You can email the center at henderson@carlperkinscenter.org, inbox our page or call the Center on Monday to make those reservations. Please incude the dad/favorite fellas name and how many will be coming total please.

We had so much fun at our tasting with Jamie, Janet and Sarah with Jamie’s Cafe’ and Catering! Good gracious this years meal at the Lip Sync Dance battle is going to be soooo delicious. 😋 Thank you all for such a wonderful night of great food, fellowship and making plans for our incredible event. 🎤🎶🪩♦️💎♦️ Don’t miss this Lip Sync Dance Battle… great entertainment and incredible food!
