To the naked eye, sand looks like tiny, bland grains of beige and gray. But when magnified up to 300 times under a microscope, each grain reveals a kaleidoscope of color, shape, and texture. 🚧♻️ Incredible innovation from the Czech Republic!

A Czech company is now building highway noise barriers out of old tires — helping fight both noise pollution and tire waste at the same time.

These recycled barriers, called Noba, could help prevent up to 300 million tires from ending up in landfills every year. Not only do they absorb traffic noise effectively, but they also give new life to materials that would otherwise pollute the planet.

Sustainable, smart and scalable. This is the kind of thinking the world needs more of. 🌍👏

Hello everyone!
Hope everyone is safe and having a good summer ☀️
I am going to try to be more active and present on here going forward but those of you who know me well know I do not get along well with Facebook 😆 so I will do my best!

If you didn't know, besides a Master Therapeutic Massage Therapist I have also been an Herbalist and healer for 24+ years. I recently discovered a plant I wanted to pass along that I just got for my garden.

It's been used since ancient times to heal just about everything, in fact it's common name is literally 'Heal All' or Prunella Vulgaris. It is in the mint family and has much lore about this pretty little plant. All parts of this plant can be eaten as well.

It is said to strengthen the heart and liver, reduce inflammation, help heal herpes, irritable bowle, skin issues, wounds inside and outside the body, anti cancer, and more.
