First of all long post get a massage and chiropractic care.. still not from me still on sabbatical...

Ok so we have had a set back and a possible in the words of the dr " nothing more we can do w your spine". Also known as go find a pain management clinic and live a not so great quality of life!! But, a second opinion at musc awaiting and sticking w pt and ot at the moment. So im bring yall along for the rebuild thats right im going to attempt to use western medicine and my eastern medicine practice to rebuild my body and muscles from ground up i mean if im already medically grounded then where is there to go but up. So the bone will be the only part that we obviously cant rebuild degeneration is permanent. I will be sharing all my pt and ot excerises and everything to hopefully help former/ on pause clients and other if only for you to know you are not alone. But most importantly we speak healing in the name of jesus
My spine officially went out in 2021 1 year of chiro w no change and 4 years of western medicine w a steady decline. So relax, read your bible,breathe ,drink water!! next post we are starting w chair yoga!! turned patient.. remember
