It was an honor to cultivate sacred space for beloved friends. I am so grateful to see pictures of myself when in these spaces, because I am usually focused on participants/friends who are there/the natural spaces and energies. Thank you to the friends who snapped photos of the entire experience! I hope they encourage you to join us next time!

Anglin Falls speaks to my spirit in such a deep way. There is such an elemental energy at work there, and Voices of the Earth and Ancestors speak clearly to my heart whenever I am there.

Some fundamental truths emerged from this trip:

The Temple of the Elements where the fall is located is a place for healing.

Every element is present in these places, and when we as humans carry the divine element of Spirit into the temple, we are healed and engage in a profound energy work with everything around us, before us, and after us in time and space.

There is Power in bearing witness for one another and witnessing the embodied divinity of the Earth.

We all come into sacred spaces carrying things with us -- what do we leave behind and leave with when we go?

We had such a terrific time hiking up the beautiful Anglin Falls for our Earth Day Spirit Hike yesterday! Wildflowers, geology, gentle pace the whole way, and sacred ritual and play in the midst of the ancient waterfall!

So glad y’all could join us! Hope y’all will make it out next time!!

Big shout out to Kevin Gunter who facilitated with me and taught us lots about native plants and hiking tips! We love you Kevin! Thank you for helping us ”Live a Great Story”!

So excited to be hosting a Mala Making workshop at Touching Ground Gallery this month with Maja Willow Linden!! I will be sharing with you the history of Mala as an integral aspect of Hinduism and other Dharmic faith practices, and it’s semi-secret impact on the western world!! I cannot wait to hold space with you and share this beautiful practice with you! So excited to facilitate with my dear friend, Maja!
