At Twilight Psychology PLLC, we have 4 open spots for psychological evaluation for clients with the following requirements

- Older clients, ages 26 and above
- Primary concern is ADHD
- Has Humana or Passport Medicaid or Humana Medicare
- Is strongly motivated to get an evaluation
- Can show up in Lexington or Online in KY between 27 & 28th of Jan.

If any of the you or your loved ones fit the profile, please reach out to us at 859-687-5843 or message us directly. We will complete the whole evaluation, report, and feedback by the 30 of January.

PS: Our current waitlist for adult evaluations are currently about 45 days out for insurance or medicare clients and 60 days out for kids.

We are excited to welcome Jatana Boggs to our group as a practicum student assisting in conducting psychological evaluations. Jatana currently is a LPCA and has extensive experience as a psychotherapist. She is working under the supervision of Dr. Heather Cornett, LP while earning her PhD.

We warmly welcome Jatana and hope her expertise is able to fill the needs of younger clients seeking services at Twilight Psychology.

As we wind down on 2025, we recommend checking your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) dollars.

Per the "Use It or Lose It" rule, the dollars expire on Dec 31st but specific plans allow you to have a grace period until March 15, 2026 to spend the remaining amount. Twilight Psychology does accept FSA/HSA along with Cash, Credit, and Debit cards to pay your bills for testing, therapy, and medication services.

Congratulations to Tiffany Roundtree (Tree) on her graduation. Tree has spent the last two semesters as a practicum intern providing therapy at Twilight Psychology. We are excited to have you back after the New Years, as a LPCA.

We are hiring for two positions.

Twilight Psychology PLLC is hiring immediately for an LP, or LPA to conduct psychological assessments primarily with children and teens, specifically focused on autism and ADHD.

We are also hiring for a part-time (eventually open to full-time), fully licensed therapist (LP, LPCC, or LCSW)to provide individual therapy to children 12 and under. Presenting concern is primarily neurodiversity with some PDA behaviors. In-person only; evening availability preferred.

Nicola is now in-network with Passport with Molina Medicaid.

If you are seeking a medication management provider and plan to use your insurance or self-pay Nicola should be able to see you in quickly, often within a week, for ages 3 to 75.

She is now in network with the following insurances Cigna, UHC, Aetna, and KY Medicaid (Humana, UHC Community, Passport, Aetna Better Health) and Medicare.

Happy Sunday. Twilight Psychology has a couple of openings for free therapy from our clinical interns until the end of the year. That is around 20 sessions of free therapy. If you are a young adult or have a teen, do not have insurance, or cannot afford the copays, we can help.
