Dr. Bruce Barton is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification, Surgery of the Hand. With over 20 years of surgical experience, Dr. Bruce Barton is the founder of Body Spectrum Plastic Surgery
Center of Lexington, Kentucky. He is a native of New York and has practiced in the Commonwealth since 1992. He graduated with honors from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. His medical training began at The Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine followed by full training in general surgery at the University of Colorado in Denver. He received his plastic surgery training at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas and hand surgery fellowship at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
