Our Story

Cindy and Roetta, our founders, first met in a fitness class. Their shared appreciation for the benefits they felt as a part of the health and wellness community formed the foundation of their friendship, and later, their business. At the Massage Center and Yoga Studio, tour mission is to encourage everyone to feel comfortable in their own skin, to listen to our clients and consistently provide professional client centered services. Our massage therapists are professionally trained in all types of massage, including Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue and more. Our expereinced yoga instructors lead our students through class, coaching them to link breath and movement and notice their alignment. Self-care and self love is the goal. Ultimately, we all achieve happiness, contentment, and success together.
