Charlie took GREAT care of my sister with Down Syndrome. He treated her with respect and took her feedback into consideration. She had never worn a hearing aid and he made it easy for her and matched her with a great device. He was kind, compassionate and very knowledgable about what would be best for her. I am so thankful to him for allowing her to finally hear the environment around her!! Thank you Charlie!!

Both of the folks I spoke with were exceptional. They gave me the info and guidance I needed as I faced having to have hearing aides. And they gave the feeling that they wanted to help me over the long term - not just today - which meant a great deal. Top notch!

Both Charles and Karen have ALWAYS solved my hearing problems - they are patient and thorough! I highly recommend them.
