Did someone say "snacks??" Murphy got to learn what Fear Free means when he came to visit UrgentVet the other day. He was very happy to receive the finest treats while getting treated during his visit. With a full belly and lots of kisses, Murphy was sent home to start feeling better while comfy with his parents. Leo was brand new to his family when he woke them up one Sunday morning sick! Since UrgentVet is open 7 days a week, and we love cuddly puppies, we were more than happy to get this cute boy taken care of. With medication and love, we got Leo taken care of so he could get back to learning what it means to be a puppy in a full house! We hope Leo is feeling better!

Mushroom season is here - and that means extra caution for pet parents. 🍄🐾

Many wild mushrooms are toxic to dogs and cats, and it’s not always easy to tell which are dangerous. Ingestion can lead to serious symptoms like vomiting, seizures, or even organ failure.

Here’s how to keep your pet safe:
Remove mushrooms from your yard as soon as you see them
Keep pets leashed during walks or outdoor play in wooded areas
If you suspect your pet ate a mushroom, seek veterinary care immediately

Perfect little Georgia was enjoying the scenery from her stroller during a walk when she accidentally fell out, causing quite the shock for herself and her family! Luckily UrgentVet was available to check her out and give her the all clear! At only 2 months old, Georgia is already the perfect model and quickly earned the Best Hair award during her visit.
