Trying to go up in weight? Here are a few tips:
✔️ Lock in your form first—depth, chest up, knees tracking out
✔️ Increase weight gradually (5–10 lbs at a time)
✔️ ALWAYS have a spotter when you’re pushing heavier weight for safety and confidence
✔️ Engage your core and drive through your heels on the way up
