Meet Colleen! 👋🏼
Colleen has been teaching at Sterling for over two years now, and she teaches Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, and Yoga Sculpt. 💪🏼
Her favorite things about Sterling? The HEAT 🔥 and the incredible people 🫶🏼
When she isn’t at Sterling, Colleen enjoys paddling, rock climbing, camping, and trail running with her husband and her pup. If she isn’t outside, you might find her snuggled up with a cup of tea, a couple of cats, and a fantasy novel. She loves traveling, plants, and animals. She rounds out her time as a Women’s Health Coach, swim coach, and a musician.
Her advice to newcomers to the studio? “Find something FUN and playful about every class, every workout, every connection you make here at Sterling. Most of us are all highly driven, competitive people, so it’s easy to put pressure on yourself or take your workouts and yoga/pilates practice very seriously. Remember, your body feels more free, light, and relaxed (and you feel more of the benefits) when you release expectations and focus more on showing up and having a great time!”
