Do you truly have community? We know it is important and meets several of our basic human needs, but do you have it?
According to the Center for Public Impact, “A community is a group of people who share an identify-forming narrative.” I love that definition because that is exactly what I’m doing through Rediscovering Wellness— writing a better narrative for myself and the other group members. We are no longer people who want to change.
✨Instead, we’re people who are changing!👊
So, I’ll ask again. Do you have community? It is so much more than just attending something or knowing many names.
People who have community can say the following…
✔I have people who share my values and goals.
✔I have a place to recharge my determination when self-motivation is escaping me.
✔I have a person I can call when I just need to talk.
✔I have people who are cheering for me and willing to help me.
✔I have a place I can go for answers.
If you’re realizing you don’t have community, please keep reading.
My goal is never to make anyone feel bad. I’ve learned that it is my job to cultivate what I want in my life, and you can too.
Go find the community you want- better yet, the one you deserve!
In the private group, Rediscovering Wellness with Jennifer, we’re a community who values clean living and wellness. Our goals are to make small, realistic changes that help us to get closer to the life we’re building. Join us today!

If we sound like a good fit, please come check us out, but if not, that is ok too. But, please go find those who are writing the same narrative you’re writing! You deserve to have the list above.
