Women look out for other women. Why? Because they know what it feels like to be unsafe. It’s frightening and unsettling. Women are constantly feeling like they are stepping into the “what if” when they go for a run. That’s why RunSafe was created. So there are no more “what if” questions. Women will feel secure and safe on the RunSafe app.

There are so many women who have been murdered, killed, shot, and have died because of unsafe areas. It’s devastating, heartbreaking, and unacceptable. We need CHANGE. How are we going to get past predators and safety issues if we don’t take action? RunSafe was created for women just like these. We want to make women feel secure and not afraid of running. We want women to be supported everywhere.

A couple of days ago, a bill was unanimously voted upon in Tennessee to support safety in greenways and parks. This bill came about due to the murder if Alyssa Lokits. Change is beginning to happen because there is action being made.

Just like Tennessee, RunSafe wants to make women all around feel safer. We take action on safety issues by creating an app to keep women safe during their runs.
