These grids rotate counter clockwise.

There is one for the year and one for the month.

They track the solar and lunar cycles. right now we are in the 2 Solar Yearly cycle.

Take a look at this picture. This is what happens when you are on your computer and digital device alot and look down.

I get alot of clients, mostly women who have this.

This is called Dowager's Hump or Camel Hump.

Having this will shorten your height.

I use Thai Massage and Deep Tissue techniques to change this as quickly as within 1 visit, but there is more work that needs to be done.
