Here are three quick and nutritious 10-minute meal ideas that are perfect for busy days ⬇️
Each meal is quick, balanced, and packed with protein and veggies!
🟩Veggie Egg Scramble Ingredients:
2 eggs
Handful of spinach or kale
Diced bell peppers
A sprinkle of shredded cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper Instructions: Heat a little olive oil in a pan, sauté the veggies for 2 minutes, then crack in the eggs and scramble everything together. Add cheese, season to taste, and serve with a side of whole wheat toast.
🟩Tuna Avocado Salad Ingredients:
1 can of tuna (in water, drained)
½ ripe avocado
Lemon juice
Cherry tomatoes (halved)
Cucumber slices
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste Instructions: Mash the avocado with the tuna, squeeze some lemon juice over it, and mix in the cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Enjoy on a bed of greens or in a whole grain wrap.
🟩Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry Ingredients:
Pre-cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)
Frozen stir-fry veggies
Soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
Sesame oil (optional) Instructions: Heat a little sesame oil in a pan, add the frozen veggies, and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the pre-cooked chicken and stir in a splash of soy or teriyaki sauce. Stir for another 2-3 minutes, then serve over instant rice or noodles.
