                                            I hate this part of business ownership. The truth is, I would do this all for free if I could. But I canโt. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ 
 
My cancelation policy is a 24-hour notice. This gives me at least some time to contact my waitlist and get someone else in the slot. I happily make exceptions for true emergencies, illness, and heck, until now, everyone got the first one free! 
HOWEVER, in the last 1-2 months there has been a noticeable increase in poor client behavior on this front. The most common denominator in all these: first-time clients. ๐
Iโm so sorry theyโve ruined it for everyone. I truly hate that it has come to this. Going forward, all first-time clients will be required to pay-in- full upon booking. ๐
