We offer comprehensive and caring medical expertise that allows you to get back to living your life free of addiction. Our dedicated staff hopes to provide everyone in need of addiction treatment with a 2nd chance. Our vision is to partner with community stakeholders to combat the opioid epidemic and substance use disorder at the local, state, and national level.

This storm will be incredibly cold with negative wind chills, ice accumulation, and predicted multiple inches of snow. Please bundle up the best you can. ❄️WINTER SHELTER❄️

Friendly reminder that with temperatures dropping to single digits as well as copious amounts of snow expected, we wanted to make sure our community is aware of the Temporary Winter Shelter located on 1306 Versailles Rd, Lexington, KY 40504. The city has partnered with the Emergency Disaster Services to provide roughly 200 beds from now until April 1, 2026. The shelter accepts anyone in need without requiring advance registration. Services include (3) daily meals, 24-hour on-site medical staff, restrooms, shower trailers, recreation space, and 24-hour security guard services. They will also help connect residents with services aimed at finding permanent housing. If you are in need of emergency shelter in these difficult times, please do not hesitate. 💙
