Hello everyone!
In 2015, I began my journey as a full time Reiki Practitioner. Over the course of 9 years I would further develop my studies and trained in Shamanic Healing; a delightful journey in honing my personal strengths in clairsentience and claircognizance and traveling between worlds to help other's along their healing journey.
This brought such healing validation and sense-making to my entire life's experiences. Conscious energy work became integrated into daily meditation practices woven into my living; a ritual that brings me through every single day.

Over those 9 years, energy shifted rapidly. I began my first business in a small office in Brookfield, CT, I lost my mother, I moved my practice to Bethel, CT and saw incredible healings take place in my own hometown. After much growth, I chose to open a Holistic Healing Center in Sandy Hook, CT. I enlisted the help of other amazing practitioners to bring healing and peace to a community that desperately needed it.
Then, Covid hit... changing the trajectory of what could have been.
Downsizing the business was a financial necessity and we moved to a smaller location in Newtown.
Of course, life plans changed yet again. I have learned the hard lesson that nothing is a constant. My husband's physical health after numerous years of choosing a warrior lifestyle convinced us it was time for him to retire and uproot ourselves out of our beloved home state.

Here in Kentucky, I once again gravitated toward the business of Energy Healing, opening a small practice in Lexington. I have found this to be quite the challenge. I am not sure if it's the demographics, the economy or other universal forces guiding me, but the energy business doesn't feel the same to me here.

Always heeding the guidance of my supernatural team, I am embarking on a new journey.. which has taken shape at an unprecedented speed. I have Re-entered the work force, utilizing my healing abilities in other ways. It feels right to me... for right now. I know permanence is not real. Energy always shifts and flows.

I will be closing my Lexington business... my last day being April 30th. It's just a physical closure. I will always be energetically available to anyone who needs my guidance, love or healing. All you have to do is reach out.

Healing goes beyond tissue repair or reduction/elimination of pain. Most pain, even that associated with recent injuries, either has roots in prior trauma (physical or non-physical) or has become linked to it in some way.

To truly heal means to accept what has happened to us and discover our true selves through the healing process.

This journey is unique for everyone. Different starting points, different paths, different destinations, different timelines. That all is certainly not something I can do for another. With all that in mind, it’s important to be clear that no one is being BLAMED for their pain.

Your pain is not your fault… but your healing IS your responsibility.
