⭐️A must do while in Miami!⭐️
I recently had the most incredible dining experience at Stubborn Seed, a three-time Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star restaurant.🏆🤯It was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had. I chose the 9-course tasting menu, and each dish progressed beautifully each one somehow becoming my new favorite. A lot of the vegetables were locally sourced from Jeremy Ford’s personal garden, adding a special and sustainable touch to the experience. ⭐️🍽️ My favorite bite of the night was the citrus-marinated artichoke accompanied by other veggies aside the parmesan crusted Halibut absolutely unforgettable! 😋

The entire staff was phenomenal. From the maitre d’ to the bartender (my server) and servers, everyone made me feel completely at home. I’m truly sorry I don’t remember their names, but their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness were unforgettable. I also had the pleasure of meeting the incredibly talented executive chef Armando and the amazing pastry chef Leila Gina. 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳📸

Jeremy Ford, the owner and winner of Top Chef, has created something truly special here. I also loved that you can watch the chefs in action, which adds an extra layer of connection and appreciation to every dish that comes out.

To top it all off, the team surprised me with a special birthday cake 🥳🎂and sang Happy Birthday to me it was the perfect ending to a perfect evening. I couldn’t have asked for a better night.
