The spotlight this week is the Rogue Wrist Roller! This equipment helps strengthen your wrist and grip. Underhand will work wrist flexion, while overhand will work wrist extension. The wrist roller weighs 7.5lbs by itself and you can add weight to the clip for additional resistance.

The spotlight this week is on our new Airex Pads! These are handy for any exercise where your knee is on the ground; knee-pushups, Nordic curls, and Don, our personal trainer here, is demonstrating the cable chop. Another way to use them is for balance - put one foot on and do repeated high knees, or stand on both pads for a squat!
