Just finished a 60min therapeutic massage in studio.

Many have family members coming to town for the holidays. Treat them to a massage while they're here - or make an excuse to the leave the house yourself! 😅

I am fully booked today and tomorrow, but I have availability this Friday, 11/22, from 1p through 4p if you want to get on my table this week. Next weeks availability will be posted Sunday.

Thanks to everyone who has followed and shared my page! I appreciate all the support shown and would love the chance to introduce who I am and what I do for those I have yet to meet personally.

👐 My name is Noelle. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher.

🫶 I was in healthcare for a little over seven years (specializing in advanced memory care). Four of those years were with Hospice and those years with Hospice were the most transformative years in respect to my career and how I show up for people in my life. I eventually transitioned away from SRNA work and pursued my own personal training business after intentionally losing 130lbs.

✋️ I am very passionate about movement and massage and what can be achieved in the body. I believe with intention, a practical approach and a little faith, all things are possible when listening to our bodies.
