Hello! A few housekeeping things ...

For safety and truly limited availability, same-day bookings are generally not available for new clients. This is an industry standard that helps create a secure and comfortable environment for everyone.

That said, I do occasionally have very limited same-day availability, but it is rare and not guaranteed—advance booking is always the best option.

I also offer a generous cancellation/rescheduling policy, so please don’t hesitate to use it if something comes up. Life happens, and I want to keep things stress-free for you.

📅 Upcoming Time Off Notice:
I will be unavailable for sessions AND communication from April 23rd through April 29th. Please be sure to book your appointments ahead of time if you’d like to be seen before then!

Prolonged periods of sitting, such as an 8hr workday, can alter movement patterns, aid in reduced posterior chain activation, and may put an increased load on our lumbar spine.

Intentional theraputic massage work combined alongside progressive strength work may help in improving tissue quality, help restore optimal recruitment patterns, and may aid in support of long-term spinal resilience.

Preventative care is more effective than reactive care.
