Each class is a thoughtful sequence of poses informed by myth, shadow work, healthy alignment and sacred geometry. You are encouraged to show up exactly how you are. T go at your own pace and rest when you need to. Be curious. Be playful.
I am Anusara certified yoga instuctor with over 300 advanced teacher training.

Got a new photo app I am playing with so I can start seeing progress in certain poses. I have never really done that but I think it will help me to stay on the path. Anybody else want to join me? Post pictures of yourself and hashtag . At the end of the August, I'll put names in a pot and choose and winner for a free 12 week yoga session. Just post any pose you want or maybe one you would really like to work on. Doesn't have to be complicated and can be as creative as you want and post as little or as often as you want. Each time you post and hashtag, I'll add your name to the pot each time. Just have fun with it!
