Change is necessary for growth. ❤ And we have some big changes ahead. I want to invite you to take a slow gentle breath with me. Ahhh. I am imagining each of your beautiful faces and wishing it could be in person as I share this really big news…

Our holistic healing space will soon be under new ownership and management!

I feel incredible joy and confidence in passing the torch to Lara Levine, the owner of the Lexington Salt Cave. It’s been a true pleasure learning, growing, and evolving our businesses and sisterhood. I can’t think of a better person to carry on this mission in service of our team, clients, and community!

And yes, I’m having all the feels and I imagine you are having a few yourself. I hope we get to chat in person at the Open House we have planned for this weekend. In the meantime, I want to share details of what to expect in the coming months and offer reassurance that we are prioritizing you, our beloved clients during this transition.

Centered has always operated in flow, changing and evolving with the times through organic growth. I believe this is the way to thrive and foster community. Each and every one of you who’ve walked in and out of these doors over the past 12 years have left a significant mark, and helped to co-create this magnificently strong and connected community we share. Centered’s name and mission will carry on as it also evolves and transitions to offer online services and offsite corporate wellness programs and trainings. More info coming soon 😉

Centered (original name - Center for Healing Community, LLC) has been a pioneer in the holistic community for 12 years, raising awareness, standards, and access to holistic health in Central Kentucky. Holistic Health was a foreign and relatively uncomfortable concept when we opened here in 2013. We’ve come so far! And I’m so proud of the legacy we leave in Kentucky and the path we’ve carved for our expert team members to continue being of service for you at the same location at the Lexington Salt Cave & Wellness Collaborative!

SO, HERE’S WHAT TO EXPECT OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS

You will see some physical changes to the retail space and Lara has some fun plans to bring private sound healing, adding a shower for infrared sauna customers, an individual salt booth, and increased capacity for foot soaks and small gatherings. We are excited to see what Lara has in store.

The team is staying! The treatment rooms and studio will continue serving clients and students with a few fun updates.

Josh and Lauren will continue to teach in the studio and plan to move their private practices to another location in the Spring and will be reaching out soon with more details. ❤
