📣 Important Pricing Update (Please Read):

Starting January 3, I will be increasing my prices.
The good news: you will be grandfathered into your current rate for as long as you keep your membership.

If you’re considering increasing or decreasing your membership, please make those changes now.

Going forward:
• I will no longer sell extra classes at your current package rate
• Single extra classes will be $45
• If you regularly need extra classes, it will be much more cost-effective to upgrade to the next package and pay about half as much per class

Starting December 1st, I’ll be increasing the price of classes.

If, for any reason, you need a little more time before making changes to your package, just send me a text before the end of the year to let me know — I’m happy to give you an extension.

If you’ve been thinking about upgrading or adjusting your package, now’s the time to do it! Any changes made before December 1st will be grandfathered in at your current rate. However, if you wait until after the price increase, the new rates will apply.

Remember, you can still roll over unused classes from the previous month, but if you get too far behind, those classes will need to be traded in for relaxing recovery sessions instead of hot yoga. My goal is to make sure you never lose the value of your package — just that it stays balanced and usable.

You might not know the difference between infrared and traditional sauna. Basically infrared is the GOAT and traditional is the OG. Check out a comparison chart to see the difference between the two.

When you don’t have time to sauna AND yoga- come to stretching! When you need to add cardio- come to fast funky flow. When you need weights/strength- come to buff Bootcamp!

I’ve added a new class! HEAVY WEIGHT. We do a circuit that involves two heavy pulls using the cable, one heavy lift using the Olympic bar or kettlebells, one stability on an uneven platform, and one cardio. It’s a quick “get er done” type of class. It works great on its own, but even better when paired with buff Bootcamp.

If you’re in a crunch for time- do buff bootcamp yoga. It’s sauna training, strength training, cardio, mobility, stretching, all in one class- however we miss two important things: pull exercises (using the cable) and super heavy lifts (using the Olympic bar). So if you’re able to devote an extra 30 mins to your training add HEAVY weights! This class specifically adds all the exercises and equipment we can’t use in the sauna. Small class size and the ability to scale the exercises to your specific needs makes this class assessable to everyone.

HEAVY WEIGHT 4:50-5:20 Tuesdays and Thursdays (plus you should stick around for buff bootcamp yoga for your sauna training and accessory work.
