Just because my Personal Training schedule is full, does not mean you can’t participate in an awesome workout created by me.

VIRTUAL FITNESS PROGRAM:
$50–Custom designed 4 week workout program.

Program is on-line (app) with written instructions and video demonstrations. Program is based off your fitness/health goals and fitness level. I create your program just for you.

A lot of clients like this program because they can exercise when it fits their schedule. I have a lot of clients who use this because they travel for work or belong to a gym but need help with what to do. You can take this workout with you wherever you go

NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Youth Exercise Specialist-NFPT Fitness Nutrition Specialist & Cancer Recovery Specialist-TRX Certified Basics Trainer-dotFIT Certified Fitness Professional-POUND Tour Crew-GENERATION POUND Pro-Delay The Disease Fitness Program Certified Instructor-MBSR Trainer I conduct Personal Training, Run Clubs, Custom Seminars / Lectures, Boot Camps and Weight Loss Challenges. I can provide detailed Meal Plans. I used to weigh 299lbs and have been a Hashimoto’s Disease sufferer for 40 years. I have ran a Marathon and 8--1/2 Marathons. No contract for the amount of training, you just pay me before your session starts and then we schedule your next sessions as you want them. MPT has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not give 24 hour notice of your cancellation, you will be charged for your appointment in full and there will be no reimbursement.
