Jeremy Ponds, dietitian and integrative/functional nutritionist, provides nutrition counseling and health coaching to help individuals find nutrition and lifestyle solutions to difficult medical conditions in a holistic manner. He coaches clients through everything from pregnancy to picky eating to Crohn's disease to diabetes to obesity, with individualized care, expertise, and accountability every step of the way. Jeremy approaches nutrition from an integrative perspective, which is a fancy way of saying he takes what is good and effective from both traditional and alternative health care and meshes them together into a synergistic model. This allows Jeremy to provide the best possible care for his clients, and the results speak for themselves! In addition to counseling, Jeremy is passionate about teaching and is available for public speaking and seminars where he uses his down-to-earth teaching style to make nutrition come alive in a way that audiences can understand.

Path of Life Nutrition provides functional nutrition counseling and health coaching to individuals and families who want to find life-long health and wellness! Our practice was born out of a desire to share what we’ve learned through raising a family, experiencing serious personal illness and finding pathways to healing through nutrition, wellness and lifestyle change. We have walked the path our clients walk and our heart is to share our wisdom, experience and passion to help each person find their own path to vibrant health! As a licensed dietitian and integrative/functional nutritionist, Jeremy provides nutrition counseling and health coaching to clients who need to address more difficult health problems in a holistic, thorough manner. He will work with you to uncover the roots of nutritional and health problems with targeted testing, functional nutrition assessment and experienced clinical judgment to create a plan that works for your life. As a coach and counselor, he provides individualized strategies, constant support, and accountability every step of the way. As an integrative nutritionist, Jeremy combines what is good and effective from the entire spectrum of traditional and alternative health care and meshes them together in a way that makes sense and works in real life. The results speak for themselves! When he isn’t counseling, Jeremy is passionate about teaching and conducts public speaking and seminars where he uses his down-to-earth and faith-based teaching style to make nutrition come alive in a way that is engaging, understandable, and resonates with people.
