Many clients say they hate falling asleep because they want to enjoy it. While I understand that, your body may be telling you to rest-your body, your mind, your spirit. Allow your self to do what it needs to heal. Resting is an important part of healing.

This Saturday, October 11th, will be the end of another amazing regular season at the Lexington Farmers Market! A huge thank you to everyone who came out week after week to shop local, support small farms, and share smiles with our vendors.

But don’t worry — the good vibes (and fresh finds!) aren’t over yet. The Winter Market is kicking off November 8th! You’ll still find your favorite local goods, cozy seasonal treats, and plenty of community spirit — just a little more bundled up.

We also have our Harvest Market and our Holiday Market, two great opportunities to shop local and purchase those holiday gifts for your friends, family, and loved ones!
