🗓️ Good afternoon, y’all! I’ll try to create a poster and pin it to the page by the end of the month, but starting in September, I will have limited availability on Wednesdays and no availability on Thursdays. This means, I’m available on Tuesdays 3-8pm, Wednesdays 6-8pm, and Fridays & Saturdays 12-8pm.

Our fall classes start at the end of this month at Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro and I’ll be teaching on both days mentioned. (Also, if you’re looking for a career change or side hustle, we’re still enrolling students for day, evening, full-, & part-time!)

Other than that, I’ll keep you all posted on any last minute available days & times. Thanks for all the support. It means the world to me!

What’s not listed on this poster is that massage also stimulates these hormones while also reducing cortisol and norepinephrine (both stress hormones). Massage promotes healing & overall well-being, reduces stress, and improves mood.

While deep tissue and heavy pressure is often desired by clients, they aren’t necessary to receive these benefits of massage. Tools/techniques such as these can absolutely enhance the massage, however.

As we move into these last days of summer, don’t forget to be kind to yourself and make some time for self-care with a custom massage at Black Lotus Tattoo and Massage with Chenoa Marie 🫶🏼💆‍♀️
