Dr. Logan Spears grew up in Pike County, KY, playing soccer and golf before earning his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at EKU. After two years in campus ministry, he pursued his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Campbellsville University, in addition to his schooling he earned certifications in Active Release Techniques and the Barbell Rehab Method.

As part of his clinical education, he studied under Dr's. Arena and Skiljan directly for 5 months learning how to clinically correlate findings and develop rehab plans to get you back to activity quickly.

Dr. Spears is passionate about providing evidence-based care and staying up to date on the latest chiropractic and rehab research.

Outside of the clinic, Logan enjoys time with his wife (Emily), working out, diving into research articles, and hitting the golf course!

Thank you all for your patience!

Pain and range of motion are going well, but im having a hard time controlling the swelling which can be both unpredictable and painful at times. Thank you for being fluid with your appointments and understanding. We have Dr's. Skiljan and Bragg available currently

Update on my upcoming triceps repair!

If you need in prior to 4/6 surgery date I do have appts available with myself as well as with our preceptor Madi

I will be back to treating 4/13, full treatments. I have workshopped the modifications needed to still give you the same quality care.

Due to UK BBall schedule: March Mental Health workout will be on Thursday March 26th at 4pm

Free workout designed and coached by Dr. Arena!

This workout is going to focus on deadlift and back. If anyone wants to play with some strongman implements we can bring out the kegs or sandbags for a finisher!

•Injury update!

•I am back to seeing 60-70 patients a week and have openings starting this week

•I am able to fully treat, however, if my schedule fills we still have Dr. Tyler; who did his training with us specifically, Madi our current preceptor, and of course Dr. Skiljan who has been with us for 8 years now

•We also have Kaitlyn for sports style massage

• Triceps surgery slated for 4/6 and will be able to do limited treatments for a few weeks, but i can have one of the other docs assist if needed

• Disc replacements in my neck will be at the end of the year, but I should only be on light duty for 2-3 weeks before I am back to full treatment

✨ Meet Dr. Tyler Bragg, DC ✨

Many of you already know Dr. Bragg, as he completed part of his preceptorship and training with us here at Arena Chiropractic. He will be helping provide coverage while Dr. Arena is injured and healing up.

He will start seeing patients January 19th and we will be able to start scheduling with him as soon as next week

Born & raised in Campbellsville, KY, Dr. Bragg grew up as a multi-sport athlete 🏈⚾️🥇

His passion for sports and science led him to earn:
🎓 BS in Biology (Chemistry minor)
🎓 Doctor of Chiropractic — Summa Cum Laude (May 2025)

Through an intensive clinical internship, Dr. Bragg trained under top chiropractors and developed a patient-centered approach focused on strength, movement, and long-term results.

With a strong athletic background, he loves helping young athletes and patients of all ages feel better, move better, and regain confidence in their bodies 💪

Outside the office, you’ll find him with his wife Micah, son Nolan (2), chocolate lab Piper (9) 🐾
