Last night was such a special evening at the Women Who Thrive event in Lexington!

We were honored to have Iniko Sallee, DNP, CNM speak about the importance of truly taking care of yourself — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Iniko’s caring and compassionate heart shines through in everything she does. She reminded us that self-care isn’t selfish — it’s essential. As women, we give so much to everyone around us, but we can’t pour from an empty cup. 💛
Her wisdom, warmth, and encouragement left everyone feeling seen, supported, and empowered to prioritize their own health and well-being.
