We had a wonderful time at East Jessamine Middle School today!

Victoria Nash, APRN and Tanya Bolton our Practice Coordinator, had the opportunity to speak with students about menstrual cycles and the importance of understanding their health.

We love helping empower young people through education and honest conversation… and yes, somehow 6/7 made its way into the discussion too. 😄

We are so proud to share that Nancy Shirey, CNM will be traveling to Tanzania on an upcoming mission trip to provide care and support to those in need. 🌍💛

She is currently collecting reading glasses of all strengths to take with her and would greatly appreciate any donations.
