I focus on mass in the MPS program because strength alone isn’t enough for football or any collision‑based sport. Most performance programs chase strength and speed, but they skip the one thing that actually makes those qualities repeatable — lean, functional mass.

Mass is the athlete’s armor.
It’s what protects joints, absorbs force, and lets strength show up on the field.
Two athletes can be equally strong, but the one with more functional mass is harder to move, harder to tackle, and more durable across a full season.

Building mass the right way:

Increases durability

Improves force absorption and delivery

Raises repeatable strength under fatigue

Creates a stronger foundation for power and speed

Helps athletes stay healthy and confident

That’s why mass is the first pillar of MPS.
You build the frame before you build the engine — and only then do you express the speed.

Mass → Power → Speed.
That’s how you build the complete athlete.

Mass. Power. Speed.

Three pillars. One purpose: build the complete athlete.

The MPS Program was designed to do more than make athletes “strong.”

It builds functional mass, develops performance strength, and—soon—will unlock the speed phase that ties it all together.

As I work and design the program,

The first four phases have already delivered:

• noticeable size
• increased power output
• stronger, more durable athletes

And we’re just getting started.

Every athlete has a gap.
Every athlete has a next level.

Where does your athlete need to grow—size, performance strength, or speed?

I created the MPS Program because I’ve lived the gaps in high school football strength training — first as a player and now watching the athletes I train go through the same thing.

Most football coaches will never admit it, but a lot of strength programs are one size fits all.
They chase strength and speed… but forget mass, durability, and the individual athlete.

And in football, strength without mass is a disadvantage.
Strength + mass + speed is the real separator.

That’s why I built MPS — Mass, Power, Speed.

A system that:

Builds functional mass (the frame and armor athletes need)

Develops real power through intentional barbell work

Trains game-speed conditioning through Olympic lifts and traditional cardio

Meets athletes where they are and lets them grow into the program

Scales from beginners learning proper form to advanced lifters pushing performance

MPS isn’t a cookie-cutter program.
It’s a development system.

Right now, it’s still in the development phase — but through four phases, I’m seeing results in myself and in the athletes trialing it:

More lean mass

More repeatable strength

More power

More speed under fatigue

More confidence

This is the program I wish I had as a high school athlete.
Now I’m building it for the next generation.

MPS: Build the frame. Charge the engine. Express the speed.

A still frame can’t show the full grind—but it can remind you who you’re becoming.

Every rep, every pause, every correction… it all stacks.

Today’s win was simple: I showed up, I pushed, I progressed.

Stack your wins. Build your identity. Thrive through it.

57 Days Left.

You don’t become disciplined by talking about it. You become disciplined by doing it — when no one’s watching.

These are the silent reps:

The early wake-up

The meal you prepped instead of ordering out

The workout you did without posting

Every silent rep is a vote for your future self.

Challenge: Do one thing today that no one will see — but you’ll feel.

Momentum in fitness isn’t just about physical movement — it’s about rhythm and mindset.

When you build a consistent flow, your body and mind sync up. Workouts become a habit, motivation stays high, and progress feels unstoppable.

Here’s how to keep your momentum:
- Set small, achievable goals daily
- Celebrate every win, no matter how small
- Pair your workouts with mindset rituals like visualization or affirmations

At LeagueFit, we don’t just train muscles — we train resilience. Because real strength is built in the mind first. Ready to find your rhythm and keep your momentum? Let’s get started together.
