✂️ Ribbon cutting at 4 p.m., followed by light refreshments.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) brings together medical care, therapy, transportation, and caregiver support--helping adults 55+ continue living safely at home. We partner with families and local providers to support healthier days and stronger connections across our community.

Bluegrass PACE Care provides comprehensive care. From primary care to occupational therapy, exams and lab tests to medications, social activities to meals, all your health and personal care needs are centralized at PACE.

We've been on at Bluegrass PACE Care this week. 👀

The PACE participants and team members started incubating eggs earlier this month and this week all 10 baby chicks hatched! These little cuties will eventually be heading to their forever home with one of our PACE nurses, but for now, our participants are enjoying all of the snuggles. 🐣🐥
