I’m truly glad you’re here.
The purpose of this group is simple but powerful: to inform, inspire, and connect you with people, ideas, and resources that can help you become stronger this year — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I have a lot of educational material to share, but I believe real learning happens one step at a time. Knowledge only matters if we can absorb it, apply it, and retain it. As an older adult myself, I know this firsthand. So our approach here is steady and sustainable:
one day at a time, one breath at a time.

When we answer these questions honestly, we gain clarity and direction. We take our vague New Year’s resolutions and turn them into a blueprint — a plan that produces results.
Your answers can be detailed or brief. You’ll also benefit from reading others’ responses, which often sparks insight and deeper reflection in our own thinking.
