My Story

When you are faced with the option to either stay the same or change, I hope that you always choose change. I also know that sometimes change is scary and overwhelming. That’s where I come in. Life is never perfect and neither are we. I can relate to the feeling of fumbling your way through, not being quite sure that what you’re doing or where you’re headed is the right thing at all, only knowing that your life keeps on going. Therapy can help you align your actions with your goals and can help you find whatever it is that you’re looking for in your life. I believe in using a wellness approach that looks how you are functioning in all areas of your life so that you can be your best you. Not just surviving, but THRIVING!

I can help you rediscover a path you were once on but have lost track of or uncover a new path. I will walk beside you with peace, grace and a brave heart to promote growth, hope and healing in you.
