Offering 20+ years experience in Career Counseling, Resume Writing, and higher education as a professional counselor to assist with career decision-making and finding vocational satisfaction; our goal is to improve the employment opportunities of individuals by helping them identify, find and maintain careers and jobs. Marriage education is an approach that teaches couples the skills and information they need to communicate, manage conflict, and have a healthy, satisfying relationship. As a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator I can lead you through the Prepare/ Enrich assessment as well as provide the feedback necessary to start strong and/or continue to build a great relationship and/or marriage. Therapeutic programs in Laughter and Laughter Clubs are exercises and attitudinal mindfulness to achieve individual, company, and/or organizational goals through emotional expression, use of breathing, muscles and joints, socialization and more! Programs are based on modern research in the biological, psychological, and social sciences and continue to create environments of health, well-being, joy, mirth, fun, and laughter in daily life! A laughter activity program becomes a sanctuary of sanity in the fast-paced stress-filled world of modern life. In other words: sane. :)
The Grand Vision of the World Laughter Tour: Together we can lead the world to health, happiness and peace through laughter. Grief recovery will give you the tools you need to effectively help recover from loss as well as an opportunity for personal healing. People come to us not only to help others, but because their lives were devastated by personal loss. Having gone through grief, they know how hard it can be and want to help others who are also grieving.
