• Residential Care, (room and board, housekeeping, laundry, and medication administration)
• Assisted Care Levels 1-3, (personal needs are met, dressing, bathing, toileting, ambulation assistance, transferring, feeding, incontinence care ext.)Level of care will be based on Nurses assessment of need.
• Medication management is available to all of our residents to ensure that all medications are taken according to doctor’s orders.
• Licensed Nurse on site 8 hours per day and on call 24 hours per day.
• With the help of home health we can extend the care provided to include: Minor wound care, catheter care, Physical and occupational therapy.
• Hospice services is a help to our residents in need of end of life care.
• Assistance in arraigning local transportation for appointments. Accommodations:
