Why Holstic Pilates Chic?

Hi! I’m Jaclyn the “Holistic Pilates Chic” and I’m so excited you’re joining me here!! I started this page as a resource and guide to help you live your best life so you can get back to enjoying all the things you love to do without being held back by mobility or health issues, financial limitations, or fear.

It may seem strange to include fear as a limitation, wouldn’t you agree? I thought so too as I began my journey to health and wealth freedom in August of 2014 and I kept reading and seeing and hearing the word FEAR. What I’ve come to learn and continue to learn each day is that FEAR and it’s many forms not only holds most people back from doing the things they really want to do but fear also makes us sick. Fear keeps us stuck in old habits and patterns. Fear kills our dreams, our hopes, our visions, and fear oftentimes prevents us from making the necessary lifestyle changes we need in order to not only survive but to live well and thrive.

Why Holistic Pilates Chic?

It all started in 2012 as I found myself struggling to conceive a child with hormones that were so out of balance that I had to seek medical intervention in order to conceive, which ultimately ended in miscarriage. It was at this same time that my Dad began to slip further away into the darkness and despair of Alzheimer’s Disease and eventually passed away two days before Christmas in 2014 because of Alzheimer’s. All I remember thinking was “WHY?” Why did this happen to him? Why did this happen to me? And so began my never-ending quest for answers and knowledge. What I learned was beyond FRIGHTENING! More than FIVE MILLION Americans are currently living with Alzheimer’s Disease and more than SIX MILLION American women suffer infertility. And down the rabbit-hole I went...
