AMR Lexington
AMR Lexington provides emergency medical transport service for Lexington, Fayette County and central Kentucky. The service was founded in 2005. We maintain a fleet of 32 ambulances and support vehicles. AMR Lexington employs approximately 80 paramedics, AEMTs and EMTs and handles an average of 9,000 emergency calls annually.
AMR Lexington also has transport contracts with the Veterans Administration, Kentucky One and select specialty hospitals in the area. This operation offers CPR, ACLS and CEU training to the local community. If you are interested in training, please contact the operation for more information.
AMR Lexington provides event medical services as for a variety of events. We offer both ALS and BLS crews. If you are interested in an ambulance on standby for your event, please contact the operation for more information.
