Members who regularly attend our social activities receive a punch card which rewards them for each event they attend. At the end of each month, Members can enter their completed punch cards into a raffle at our ice cream party! 👏 Winners are chosen to spin the wheel for special prizes. Members have been loving Functional Fitness! 👟✨

Functional Fitness focuses on exercises that help Members perform everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and lifting groceries. Instead of training isolated muscles, Functional Fitness improves the body's ability to move confidently in real-life situations. Wellness Director Cheryl and her team work hard to incorporate a mix of strength training, balance exercises, flexibility work, and cardiovascular activities into these classes. ⚖️ This approach helps Members build confidence and maintain their independence for longer. 💪
