At Dynamic Wellness, We believe in treating the whole person; mind, body and spirit; to uncover the root cause of each individual’s disease and to treat that issue in the most efficient way possible. Our goal is to assist each person in achieving their health goals by treating their underlying condition and then to educate each person to take an active part in their own health so they might supplement and continue this path of health, healing and holism.

Yoga Retreat Questions! I appreciate your feedback, please!

Covid has definitely thrown a wrench into travel the past year. I still have our week scheduled for this Sept 5-12th in Costa Rica. However, there are a lot of travel restrictions currently. They involve being Covid Tested on the way in and the way out of the country (an additional expense) even if you have proof of Covid Vaccination; getting additional travel insurance and a few other things.

Also: please only answer if you are seriously considering attending a Retreat with me.

Do you feel comfortable traveling and also, traveling for a group yoga retreat?

Question 2)
If you do feel comfortable, do you feel comfortable Traveling to Costa Rica with all the extra requirements

Question 3)
If you DO feel comfortable traveling, but you DON’T feel comfortable traveling to Costa Rica, are you open to a Retreat in the US? If so, where do you feel comfortable traveling to?

Costa Rica 2020 Yoga Trip
Rate: $2500 per person (double occupancy)
September 6th - September 13th 2020

INCLUDED:
- 2x Daily Yoga and meditation offerings (not obligatory)
- Round trip ground transportation from/to airport (ask Mandy about specific times)
- Breakfast and Dinner Daily (Alcohol and lunch not included. lunch is usually between $5-10 and many excursions include lunch)
- 1x Day Up/Down mountain group transportation
- 1 Garden to table cooking demonstration/lesson (This is sooo Yum)
- 5 Villas, Double occupancy, 10 guests
- FACILITY PRIVATELY BOOKED – NO OTHER GUESTS

Rate Details
$2,500 per person
-$500 deposit
- 50% of total cost (minus deposit) due by March 1st
-Balance will be due June 1st.
-I am also ok with a monthly payment plan.

Payment is made to me by Check/Cash/PayPal. Please note, if you want to use a Credit Card, PayPal does charge a fee.
