CareOne at Lexington is a newly renovated skilled nursing facility that offers both short- and long-term care to support patients at any time and stage of their health journey. With four board-certified geriatricians leading our nursing and rehabilitation teams and extensive knowledge and specialized training, we pride ourselves in providing excellent care and support to our residents. We are also proud of our welcoming and engaging community, which hosts beautiful outdoor patios and various activities to promote socialization.
