All Blue Cross members recently received a letter stating that Cabinet Peaks Medical Center (CPMC) is not in-network. We want to assure you that this letter was sent in error.
✅ CPMC is fully in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and there is no disruption to your coverage or care. You can continue to receive all your services at CPMC without worry.
🔄 Blue Cross is currently in the process of sending a corrected letter to all members to clear up any confusion and assure you that we are still in-network.
