Kick off the week with a breakfast that’s high in protein, quick to make, and loved by kids! Try this Egg & Avocado Breakfast Wrap, perfect for busy mornings. 🥑🥚
📝 Ingredients:
1 whole egg + 1 egg white (for extra protein)
1 small whole wheat tortilla
1/4 avocado, mashed
1 tbsp shredded cheese (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp olive oil (for cooking)
🍳 Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Crack the egg and egg white into the pan, scramble until cooked through.
Warm the tortilla in the pan for 30 seconds.
Spread the mashed avocado on the tortilla.
Add the scrambled eggs and top with shredded cheese if desired.
Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
