We have an exciting announcement!
Dr. Stephen Luna has joined Intelligent Balance Spinal Care. He is starting as a massage therapist until he finishes his chiropractic boards later this year.

A Navy Veteran, Stephen has been massaging for 15 years.

"My passion for massage is to help practice members receive relief from their pain/stress and aid them on their healing journey. My specialty is deep tissue starting off light and then slowly go deeper so that it relaxes the muscles in order for the deep tissue work to not be as intense. I also utilize muscle scraping and therapeutic cupping."

Stephen is offering 30, 60 and 90 minute therapeutic massage sessions. He is also offering a 30 minute stretch session which can be a standalone appointment or combined with massage.

He has availability now!

This is a rare post for us - we don't often ask for help!

We have a patient who recently lost his home and his daughter to a fire. If you feel so inclined, we would love for you to join us in collecting items for him. Don is a fun, positive guy, and a veteran, and could really use some help!

What he needs:
👖 Clothing- Specifically winter clothing- outerwear, innerwear, hats, gloves, boots (size medium, 30 waist, size 8 shoes) He has been given enough summer clothes, but the winter comes quickly in the Okanagan Valley.

🥫 Non-perishable Food items- Canned goods, dried foods and snacks

💳💸 Gift Cards: For groceries, clothing stores or general necessities.

Collection Details:
Drop your items by the office anytime we are open!
He will be coming to the office on Thursday 7/24 and Thursday 7/31, but we can continue to collect items and get them to him after those dates.
