The Chinese New Year celebration continued with the tradition of giving red envelopes!

As part of the tradition, our residents prepared bright red envelopes to give to our wonderful students from Liberty Academy. In Chinese New Year tradition, red envelopes are shared with family members, friends, and loved ones as a symbol of good luck, prosperity, and well wishes for the year ahead.

It was such a special way to honor this tradition while showing our appreciation for the students who bring so much joy and support to our community. 🧧✨

Let the good times roll! 💜💛💚

Our community was full of Mardi Gras spirit as residents celebrated with a festive party and a lively parade through the halls. There were beads, music, laughter, and plenty of fun around every corner!

We also enjoyed a delicious king cake from McClain’s Bakery… although you will not see it pictured. We may have eaten it a little too quickly! 😄

Congratulations to Shirley for finding the baby in her slice of king cake and earning all the Mardi Gras bragging rights!

Sweet, simple, and full of fun 💕

Our Valentine’s Day no bake cooking class was a hit! Residents created festive Rice Krispy treats topped with sprinkles and smiles, all while enjoying a little taste testing along the way.

A big thank you to our wonderful Resident Services Assistant, Lynna, for leading such a fun and delicious afternoon!
