A friendly reminder, our clinic and outpatient services will be closed Monday, 5/25/26, in observance of Memorial Day. They will be open again the following day, Tuesday 5/26/25. Today, we had the honor of celebrating an incredible milestone as we gathered for a retirement breakfast in recognition of Barbara Hill and her 29 years of dedicated service to Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center.

For nearly three decades, Barbara has been so much more than our Dietary Manager — she has been a caring presence, a faithful teammate, and an important part of the heart of our hospital family. Through countless meals served, long days, early mornings, and unwavering commitment, she helped care for not only our patients, but also our staff and community with kindness and compassion.

Barbara’s dedication, work ethic, and heart have left a lasting impact on everyone who has had the privilege of working alongside her. Her years of service represent a remarkable legacy of loyalty and care that will never be forgotten.

On behalf of the entire Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center family, we want to say THANK YOU, Barbara, for 29 amazing years of service, friendship, and commitment to our mission and community. You have truly made a difference in the lives of so many.

This week, we celebrated the incredible people who make our hospital such a special place to receive care, healing, and compassion every single day. From our nurses and providers to our therapists, lab staff, environmental services, dietary teams, registration staff, administration, maintenance, and every department in between — it takes an entire team working together to serve our community with excellence.

Throughout the week, we held daily prize drawings as a small token of appreciation for the hardworking employees who dedicate themselves to caring for others. Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you to every member of our hospital family for the heart, commitment, and compassion you bring each day!

Thank you to the Trinity Valley Chamber of Commerce and our amazing community for allowing Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center to be one of the presenting sponsors at this month’s Chamber Luncheon focused on Health & Wellness.

We were honored to have Dr. Andy Wilson represent LDRMC and speak about the exceptional level of care available right here at home! One of the things that truly sets our ER apart is that every single one of our providers is an Emergency Room Board-Certified Physician. That means our patients are cared for by highly trained emergency medicine experts every time they walk through our doors; something very few hospitals in Texas can guarantee.
