Spring sports signing with my girls and experiencing all the feels. Tomorrow is their last day of high school and this weekend they graduate, which means they are one step closer to heading to Missouri Western for track and Murray State for softball. We are all so incredibly proud of them and are so grateful to be a part of their journey.

Aging strong should be the new normal! At 71 and 72 years old these two started to prioritize strength training after knee replacements, and they just celebrated turning 72 and 73 years young and consistent strength training for over a year! To say we are proud of them is an understatement. Muscle loss is a typical part of the aging process, BUT appropriate strength training (along with balance and stability) can help slow this down. Our goal is to build and maintain as much strength as possible to keep you independent, reduce falls and fractures, and improve quality of movement and LIFE. We offer an after care program for our patients once they are discharged from physical therapy so they can continue on this journey in a safe, inviting, and familiar environment.

She’s worked as long as she can, folks! Please wish Jordan all the luck with this new chapter into motherhood - sending all the prayers and good vibes. We are so excited for her and can’t wait to see who guessed right - BOY or GIRL.

Auggie has never lived a life without Complete PT, but today he gets to officially partake in “take your kid to work” day. He’s pretty excited to talk to his class about physical therapy tomorrow. Little does he and his teachers know that he will be educating his entire class on health insurance 🤣🤣

We believe the ink has dried and the closing is complete so we can make this post to let everyone in on the surprise…(Drum roll please) Complete PT will have a 2nd location in the coming weeks!
6970 N Broadway, KCMO will be where Complete 2.0 will call home. But that’s not all because this property will be so much more!
In the building we will be working along side 2 wonderful couples, 4 great humans that have helped make this dream come true. Gary & Rushelle Willis and Ronnie & Alissa Powell . Complete PT will share space in this 20,000+ sq ft building with Real Dream Chasers -RDC and Patriot Sports Club (known in this space as KC Kingdom Courts).

We will keep everyone updated on progress of when Complete PT 2.0 will start seeing patients at this location so stay tuned!

If you don’t know Real Dream Chasers, please take the time to get know them. They have an excellent basketball organization for kids of all ages doing it the right way. Liz and myself couldn’t be happier to partner with them.

Patriot Sports Club (again known as KC Kingdom Courts here) has been providing kids and teams a place to practice for many years outside of Kearney and now get to do that in the KC metro. Reach out to us and we can get you in contact with Gary Willis to get your team a court to practice on, hold a camp, or even a tournament!

Lastly, we want to thank all that choose Complete PT for their therapy needs. You are truly the ones that make it possible for us to expand our therapy reach with this new space! Thank you!

The yearly clothing drive for KCMO PAL is quickly approaching and we are in need of volunteers. This would be a great opportunity for school age kiddos to join who are in need of volunteer hours or for someone who just wants to volunteer their time and see what PAL is all about. We are always in need of day of event volunteers to keep things moving smoothly, help with making their shopping experience enjoyable, and assisting with carrying bags of clothing to vehicles.

We are still accepting donations for the PAL clothing drive. This is a FREE event and all donations are going to kids and families in need. You can drop items off at our clinic M-Th 7-6 and Fridays 7-5. We are so grateful for your donations! If you have questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Good morning!
Please be extra cautious this morning. There are definitely some icy spots. Gary has been treating our parking lot and sidewalks. If you have a driver please have them pull up to the front door. If you do not have a driver and need/want to pull up to the front door we can always park your car for you.

It’s that time of year again and we are preparing for our annual clothing drive! This is a FREE event for our PAL kids/families AND the community. We are accepting all gently used clothing, as well as bedding, toiletries, hygiene products, and all other household items. If you are donating we do ask you to separate and label the clothing by gender and size - this helps us with the sorting process. There are 3 drop-off locations, one of them being our clinic in Liberty, MO.
We are accepting until April 22. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
This really is a great event and it helps so many in need. Thank you for considering.
