Meet Tineisha Slater, LMSW — Now welcoming new clients

We’re so happy to introduce Tineisha, who brings warmth, compassion, and a wealth of experience to her work here at Mindfulness Matters. With a background in trauma support, crisis intervention, and community-based mental health, Tineisha meets each client where they are and helps them grow toward resilience and healing.

She works with individuals navigating life’s challenges — big or small — and believes in fostering self-advocacy and confidence every step of the way.

Outside of her clinical work, Tineisha loves exploring nature, kayaking, cooking, reading sci-fi, and writing — she’s also a published children’s author!
