Hydrate & Repair
Summer sun, saltwater, and air conditioning can leave your skin dehydrated. Switch to a richer moisturizer and incorporate serums with hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or niacinamide.
Exfoliate Gently
Buff away dead skin cells 1 a week with a gentle exfoliant to reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. Avoid over-exfoliating
Don’t Ditch SPF
Just because it’s cooler doesn’t mean UV rays disappear. Keep wearing a broad-spectrum SPF daily — your future self will thank you.
Add in Antioxidants
Vitamin C serums are still a must! They help combat free radical damage and even out skin tone — especially if you had a little too much sun this summer.
